TAKEOFF CONFIGURATION WARNING
Takeoff configuration warning is armed when on the ground and either or both
thrust levers are advanced for takeoff. An intermittent takeoff warning horn
sounds for the following conditions:
· Stabilizer trim not in the green band range.
· Trailing edge flaps are not in the flaps 1 through 15
takeoff range.
· Leading edge devices are not in the correct position for takeoff.
· Speed brake lever is not in the DOWN position.
· Spoilers not down with the speedbrake lever in the DOWN
position.
· Parking brake set.
The intermittent horn is canceled when the unsafe configuration is corrected or
the throttles are retarded.
