As I stated above, it is most like your throttle or controller. Sometimes plugging it into another USB port might fix it. A lot of people use the FSUIPC utility to setup their controller buttons and this causes major problems too if not done correctly. Make sure you have the latest version of the fsuipc.dll in your Modules folder (if you are using the fsuipc.dll). The developer has been making changes as fast as he can to keep up with the changes being made with FSX-SE and P3D. Just having the wrong version can cause a crash.
