We are planning to integrate P3D support at some point in the future.
The only way I could see this working is if you could create a file called FSX.exe that would run your P3D.exe file. Live ATC is constantly looking for FSX.exe file in the background. Im assuming FSUIPC works with Preapre3D (never tried them both together).
