Thanks for contacting Microsoft Flight Simulator Support today.
Please delete "customflight.flt" located by default at the following location:
OneStore: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\MISSIONS\Custom\CustomFlight
Our development team is aware of this issue and is working on a resolution for a future update. You might have to do this before each flight as a workaround until that time. We apologize for the inconvenience. It does seem related to special characters in the username, so using another account could be a workaround.
